Der Ausbau der erneuerbaren Energien schreitet voran, jedoch verhältnismäßig langsam. Offenbar besteht ein Konflikt zwischen den trägen Grundlastkraftwerken (Atom- und Kohlekraftwerke) und den flexiblen, schwankenden Ökostromquellen.
